UniProtKB description:  Blocker for small-conductance calcium-activated potassium channels KCa2.2/KCNN2 (Kd=80 nM) and KCa2.3/KCNN3 (Kd=197 nM) (PubMed:11527975) and ERG1/Kv11.1/KCNH2 potassium channels (53% inhibition at 5 uM) (PubMed:18687312). Has also been shown to inhibit Kv1.1/KCNA1 and Nav1.7/SCN9A with a moderate potency, as well as Kv11.1/KCNH2/ERG1 and Kv1.2/KCNA2 with a low potency (PubMed:29483648).
