DetailsRESONANCE ASSIGNMENTS WERE ACHIEVED USING STANDARD TWO- AND THREE-DIMENSIONAL SEQUENTIAL ASSIGNMENT TECHNIQUES. NMR RESTRAINTS WERE EXTRACTED FROM 50, 75 AND 150 MS NOESY EXPERIMENTS. COUPLING CONSTANTS WERE CALCULATED FROM AN HNHA EXPERIMENT WITH UNIFORMLY LABELLED EOTAXIN.
