The 2.25 A crystal structure of a complex of Aurora A kinase (AIKA) with cyclopropanecarboxylic acid-(3-(4-(3-trifluoromethyl-phenylamino)-pyrimidin-2-ylamino)-phenyl)-amide 1 is described here.
