1VAPOR DIFFUSION, HANGING DROP7289Protein (10 mg/ml) and peptide (DVDEEGYSIKPETNQNDTKENHFYSS) (2mg/ml) were equilibrated against 1.5M Ammonium Sulphate 0.1M Hepes pH 7.0. Crystals were cryo-protected by soaking in mother liquor supplemented with 20% glycerol and peptide (peptide did not crystallise).
