1VAPOR DIFFUSION, SITTING DROP291Diffraction quality crystals were obtained using well buffer containing 0.2 M Ammonium chloride/formate/acetate/phosphate and 20% PEG 3350 (with the measured pH of the solution in the range of 6.2 to 8). 15-20 mg/ml protein sample was mixed with the well buffer in a 1:1 ratio.
