THIS PROTEIN MIXTURE WAS THEN ADDED TO AN EQUAL VOLUME OF CRYSTALLIZATION LIQUOR; 15 % GLYCEROL, 17% (W/V) PEG-2000, 200MM NAOAC, AND 5 MM BETA-MERCOPTOETHANOL)
