1VAPOR DIFFUSION290CRYSTALS WERE OBTAINED AT 17 DEGREES USING THE VAPOR DIFFUSION METHOD BY MIXING A PROTEIN SOLUTION AT A CONCENTRATION OF 606 MICROM (IN 20 MM TRIS PH 7, 150 MM NACL, 0.5 MM TCEP, 25 MICROM ZNCL2 AND 0.1 MM PMSF) AND 10-FOLD EXCESS OF PEPTIDE WITH AN EQUAL VOLUME OF RESERVOIR SOLUTION (0.1 M TRIS PH 8.5, 0.2 M MGCL2, 30 % PEG 4000). CRYSTALS WERE CRYOPROTECTED WITH 15 % MPD AND FLASH FROZEN IN LIQUID NITROGEN.
