ALLOW TO INCUBATE FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR ON ICE. SOLUTION WAS SPUN FOR 5 MINUTES AT 2000G PRIOR TO SETTING UP FOR CRYSTALLIZATION., pH 6.20, VAPOR DIFFUSION, temperature 277.0K
