1VAPOR DIFFUSION, HANGING DROP7.5298GsNOS produced orthorhombic crystals of dimensions 200-400m in 24-48 h at 298K when grown by vapor diffusion from 45-50 mg/ml protein in 50mM Tris, 150mM NaCl, mixed with freshly dissolved 1-2 mM L-arginine and 1-2 mM L-tryptophan (Trp). The reservoir was mixed 1:1 with protein solution and contained 40-46% dioxane and 10% MPD, pH 7.5, VAPOR DIFFUSION, HANGING DROP
