| thiocyanate hydrolase M-CSA #284 | Thiocyanate hydrolase is a cobalt-containing metalloenzyme with a cysteine-sulphinic acid ligand that hydrolyses thiocyanate to carbonyl sulphide and ammonia. The enzyme from Thiobacillus thioparus catalyses the first step in the degradation of thiocyanate.
