All questions receive a response and most are answered within 1-2 working days. Depending on the nature of the inquiry and availability of staff, the response time may be a little longer.
Questions on medical matters, the biology of particular proteins, and detailed software advice are not within the scope of the RCSB PDB help service, though some of this information may be found in the RCSB PDB's lists of external links.
