UniProtKB description:  Alpha-L-rhamnosidase which is able to degrade p-nitrophenyl-alpha-L-rhamnopyranoside (PNP-Rha) in vitro. Releases L-rhamnose from citrus flavonoids such as naringin, rutin and hesperidin, and the arabinogalactan-protein (AGP) gum arabic.
