Cannot utilize 5-deoxy-5-amino-3-dehydroquinate (aminoDHQ), 5-deoxy-5-aminoshikimate (aminoSA), quinate, 3-dehydroquinate, or 3-dehydroshikimate (DHS) as substrate.
