1VAPOR DIFFUSION, SITTING DROP6.5289SEC purified InvbP.18715.a.KN11.PD38330 at 10mg/ml (in 25mM TRIS pH 8, 150mM NaCl) was crystallized by sitting drop vapor diffusion at 14C with an equal volume (0.1:0.1uL) of protein:mother liquor (0.1M MES pH6.5, 15% PEG6000, 5% MPD), then cyoprotected in mother liquor+20% ethylene glycol, before being flash-frozen for data collection.
