1VAPOR DIFFUSION293The SIRT2-KMyrMe-NAD+ ternary complex was obtained by soaking NAD+ (10 mM) for 6h into preformed SIRT2-KMyrMe crystals (11.6 mg/mL SIRT2, 1.25 mM compound 12; 2.5% v/v DMSO) grown in 21.5% PEG 3350 and 0.1 M HEPES (pH 7.5).
