Structural Genomics Project

Search for structures in the Protein Data Bank that were contributed by Structural genomics projects.

Structural genomics pursues the high throughput determination of large number of protein structures. These efforts are performed in dedicated structural genomics centers, such as those organized under the Protein Structure Initiative (PSI) as well as other centers.

This search allows retrieving structures contributed to the PDB by structural genomics projects. Three pull down menus allow selecting the name of a project, the initials of a center or the name of a center. Each menu also has an option to retrieve all structural genomics entries in the PDB.

Examples

  1. Select All from the "Project Name" pull down menu and click "Submit Query" to retrieve all structural genomics entries in the PDB.
  2. Select NESG from the "Center Initials" pull down menu and click "Submit Query" to retrieve all structures in the PDB from the NESG (Northeast Structural Genomics Consortium).
