Searches or browses for structures by Medical Subject Heading Terms (MeSH terms). The Medical Subject Heading Browser is a hierarchical representation
of the National Library of Medicine's controlled vocabulary thesaurus (http://www.nlm.nih.gov/mesh). This query
searches for MeSH terms contained in PubMed abstracts related to the PDB structures.
The Medical Subject Headings Browser permits the user to navigate through the MeSH hierarchy to arrive at the subset of particular interest. The browser
opens up the top level in the hierarchy. Clicking on the arrow/folder icons expands the respective nodes. Clicking on the name of the node will retrieve all
PDB IDs assigned to that node.
Important: Make sure pop-ups are enabled in your browser (Click here to check).

Type Leukemia in the text box and click the "Find in Tree" button. The Medical Subject Headings tree expands and Leukemia is highlighted in gray.
Mouse over Leukemia to see how many PDB proteins or nucleic acids entities (unique chains within a structure) have relationships with leukemia.
Click on Leukemia to retrieve these structures.

Mouse over Musculoskeletal System to see the number of protein or nucleic acid entities (unique chains) related to this category. Expand Musculoskeletal
System by clicking on the triangle, then expand Muscles. Mouse over Myocardium to display the number of structures related to Myocardium. Click on
Myocardium to retrieve these structures.
