Search for structures with a keyword search of the full text content of the structure files.
The Keyword(s) search is a Lucene full text search of the content of the structure files in mmCIF format. For example, a search for actin would
return all structures that have the word actin appear somewhere in the mmCIF coordinate file. If a single word is entered, the search returns all
structures with an exact match to that word. If there are no exact matches, then a fuzzy search will be performed instead, which can help e.g. in
the case of slightly misspelled search terms. (However, fuzzy searches may return a large number of results.)
If multiple words are entered, the search returns all structures that contain each word, without regard to the order of the words in the file. Phrases
are supported by enclosing multiple words in double quotes. Searching for a phrase returns all structures that contain that entire phrase, i.e. all the
words in the phrase in that order.
The Boolean operators AND, OR, and NOT are also supported.
Returns all structures that contain the word actin somewhere in the mmCIF file.
Returns all structures that contain the word actin somewhere in the mmCIF file, and the word myosin somewhere else in the same file.
Same as actin AND myosin.
Returns all structures that contain either the word actin or the word myosin.
Returns all structures that contain the phrase skeletal muscle (i.e. the words skeletal and muscle immediately following each other in that order).
Returns all structures that contain the exact phrase skeletal muscle somewhere in the mmCIF file, and the word actin anywhere else in the same file.
Returns all structures that contain the phrase skeletal muscle actin in the mmCIF file.
