Crystal Properties

Searches for structures by properties of the crystal used for structure determination.

• Density (Matthews) - The density of the crystal, expressed as the ratio of the volume of the asymmetric unit to the molecular mass of a monomer of the structure (A^3 per Dalton). Reference: Matthews, B.W. (1968). J Mol. Biol. 33, 491-497.
• Density (% solvent) - Density value calculated from the crystal cell dimensions and content, expressed as percent solvent.
• Temperature - The temperature at which the crystal was grown (Kelvin).
• pH - The pH value at which the crystal was grown.
