Additional Directories

Note the following additional directories (not shown in the diagram):

• Two letter directories for structure and experimental data holdings are contained in the ./pdb, ./mmCIF, ./structure_factors and ./nmr_restraints directories in the /pub/pdb/data/structures/divided and /pub/pdb/data/structures/divided/obsolete directories.
• The /pub/pdb/doc/newsletters/bnl directory contains directories named according to issue date of the BNL newsletter.
• The /pub/pdb/doc/data/status directory contains directories named according to update date.
