THE TTR LIGAND COMPLEXES WERE PREPARED FROM CRYSTALS SOAKED FOR 2 WEEKS WITH A 10-FOLD MOLAR EXCESS , pH 7.00, VAPOR DIFFUSION, HANGING DROP, temperature 298K
