PubMed ID is not available.
This linkout lists citations, indexed by PubMed, to the Primary Citation for this PDB ID.
Data mentions are occurrences of PDB IDs in the full text articles from the
PubMedCentral Open Access Subset
of currently about 1 million articles. For each article, the sentences containing the PDB ID are listed.
Article titles can be filtered by keywords and sorted by year.

Ligand binding specificity of RutR, a member of the TetR family of transcription regulators in Escherichia coli.
(2015) FEBS Open Bio 5
PubMed: 25685666 | PubMedCentral: PMC4325133 | DOI: 10.1016/j.fob.2015.01.002
An analysis of all DNA-bound structures of members of the TetR family (14 structures deposited in the PDB belonging to 11 different regulators) shows that binding of DNA requires a closed conformation... of the regulator, with distances between the residues equivalent to Leu56 in the range of 34.5 Å for ms654 (PDB: 4JL3 ) to 39.5 Å for SlmA (PDB: 4GCK ) (average value of 36.86 Å) .
