Citations in PubMed
This linkout lists citations, indexed by PubMed, to the Primary Citation for this PDB ID.
Data mentions are occurrences of PDB IDs in the full text articles from the
PubMedCentral Open Access Subset
of currently about 1 million articles. For each article, the sentences containing the PDB ID are listed.
Article titles can be filtered by keywords and sorted by year.

(B) Cα atom superpositions of the crystallographic models of Bmlp6 (chain A, this work), Bmlp7 (PDB: 4EFP, chain A) and Bmlp3 (PDB: 4IY9, chain A and B).
When chain A of the Bmlp6 crystal structure was superposed ( Fig. 3B ) with chain A of Bmlp7 (PDB ID: 4EFP), and with chains A and B of Bmlp3 (PDB ID: 4IY9), the r.m.s.d. values for the Cα atoms were 0.8, 0.8 and 1.0 Å, respectively.
