Citations in PubMed
This linkout lists citations, indexed by PubMed, to the Primary Citation for this PDB ID.
Data mentions are occurrences of PDB IDs in the full text articles from the
PubMedCentral Open Access Subset
of currently about 1 million articles. For each article, the sentences containing the PDB ID are listed.
Article titles can be filtered by keywords and sorted by year.

To compare the impact of streptomycin with that of paromomycin, we performed a control experiment with cognate ASL GAA Phe and mRNA in the presence of paromomycin (data set MAP, PDB accession code 4DR... ).
d. Comparison of near-cognate ASL GAG Leu 2 position in the presence of streptomycin (colored as before) with cognate ASL GAA Phe in the presence of paromomycin (MAP data, PDB accession code 4DR4, colored in grey).
Accession codes Coordinates and structure factors have been deposited in the Protein Data Base under accession codes 4DR1, 4DR2, 4DR3, 4DR4, 4DR5, 4DR6, and 4DR7 for data sets Apo, Par, Strep, MAP, Sm-ASL GAA Phe -mRNA, Sm-ASL GAG Leu 2 -mRNA, and Sm-ASL GGA Ser -mRNA, respectively.
