Citations in PubMed
This linkout lists citations, indexed by PubMed, to the Primary Citation for this PDB ID.
Data mentions are occurrences of PDB IDs in the full text articles from the
PubMedCentral Open Access Subset
of currently about 1 million articles. For each article, the sentences containing the PDB ID are listed.
Article titles can be filtered by keywords and sorted by year.

We prepared coiled-coil models to append to the two ends of the above set of linker conformers from the published structure of residues 1–30 in the dimer formed by peptide 1 (PDB 4DMD).
Figure 3 (A) Overlay of the crystal structures of peptide 1 (PDB 4DMD) and peptide 4 (PDB 4TL1).
The structure was solved by molecular replacement using a published structure of the dimer formed by peptide 1 (PDB 4DMD) as a search model.
