This is in common with other LPMO structures, as shown clearly for an AA10 from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 20 and observed in a range of PDB files: 4alc, 4ale, 4alq, 4alr, 4als, 4alt by Gudmundsson et... al , reviewed in reference 13 13 .
On the whole, AA10 structures match fewer residues in the structural overlaps with AA11, with the closest AA10 structure (Q score 0.28) the Enterococcus faecaelis enzyme (PDB: 4alt) which has 118 residues overlapping with a Cα r.m.s deviation of 2.3 Å ( Fig. 4c ).
