The high-resolution structure of cocrystals with I113T SOD1 (4A7T) displayed no indications of binding at the dimer interface site, but Isoproterenol was found in a hydrophilic pocket created by SOD1 loop II ( Fig. 5d–f , Supplementary Figs S7, S10, S11 and Table 1 ).
