Results An In Silico Model for HSET Binding Informs Compound Design and Synthesis of the Allosteric HSET Inhibitor CW069 Amino acid sequence alignments for the motor domains of HSET (Protein Data Bank... [PDB] 2REP ) and the closely related kinesin, KSP (PDB 2FKY and 3ZCW ), revealed an 80% sequence similarity between the proteins in the motor domains (HSET residues 310–661).
