The structure of a LX4 construct (PDB code: 3II6 ; Wu et al., 2009 ).
Subsequent rigid-body modeling of LX4 ΔCTD;CtoA was performed using BUNCH ( Petoukhov and Svergun, 2005 ), after which we used the crystallographic structure of the complex of the BRCT domains of LigIV and XRCC4 (PDB code: 3II6 ; Wu et al., 2009 ), and homology models of DBD, NTase, and OBD (see above).
