The equivalent main-chain atoms in the N-terminal domains of BcDltA in adenylation conformation ( PDB entry 3DHV ) and BsDltA in thiolation conformation ( PDB entry 3E7W ) are superposed with a root-m... an-deviation of 0.97 Å, and the deviation for the C-terminal domain was 1.00 Å.
The N-terminal domain of the BsDltA/AMP complex (PDB entry 3E7W) was also superposed on the reference set to derive the re-oriented thiolation conformation.
