The crystal structures of Hsp90 have been obtained from RCSB protein data bank [ 42 ] (3D0B, 2XJG and 3K97).
The three docked complex structures of 3D0B with ligand 17 (the most potent compound of BT), 2XJG with ligand 24 (the most potent compound of AT), 3K97 with ligand 19 (the most potent ligand of DA) have done a 5 ns simulation.
