Citations in PubMed
This linkout lists citations, indexed by PubMed, to the Primary Citation for this PDB ID.
Data mentions are occurrences of PDB IDs in the full text articles from the
PubMedCentral Open Access Subset
of currently about 1 million articles. For each article, the sentences containing the PDB ID are listed.
Article titles can be filtered by keywords and sorted by year.
Experience with exchange and archiving of raw data: comparison of data from two diffractometers and four software packages on a series of lysozyme crystals.
(2013) J Appl Crystallogr 46
PubMed: 23396873 | PubMedCentral: PMC3547227 | DOI: 10.1107/S0021889812044172
Comparison of diffraction data processing software All the crystal structures were solved using molecular replacement with Phaser (McCoy et al. , 2007 ▶ ) and restrained refinement w... th TLS (translation–libration–screw motion) in REFMAC5 (Vagin & Teplyakov, 2010 ▶ ) in CCP4i ( http://www.ccp4.ac.uk/ccp4i_main.php ), using the lysozyme structure 2w1y as the molecular search model (Cianci et al. , 2008 ▶ ).

The binding of platinum hexahalides (Cl, Br and I) to hen egg-white lysozyme and the chemical transformation of the PtI6 octahedral complex to a PtI3 moiety bound to His15.
(2014) Acta Crystallogr F Struct Biol Commun 70
PubMed: 25195880 | PubMedCentral: PMC4157407 | DOI: 10.1107/S2053230X14014009
The crystal structures were solved using Phaser (McCoy et al. , 2007 ▶ ) followed by rigid-body and restrained refinement with REFMAC 5 in CCP 4 (Murshudov et al. , 2011 ▶ ), using the... previously reported lysozyme structure with PDB code 2w1y as the molecular search model (Cianci et al. , 2008 ▶ ).
The use of Phaser was probably not required as 2w1y is relatively isomorphous to these crystals.

Carboplatin binding to histidine.
PubMed: 25195881 | PubMedCentral: PMC4157408 | DOI: 10.1107/S2053230X14016161
The crystal structures were solved using molecular replacement with Phaser (McCoy et al. , 2007 ▶ ), using the reported lysozyme structure with PDB code 2w1y as a molecular search model (Cianc... et al. , 2008 ▶ ) and restrained refinement with REFMAC 5 (Murshudov et al. , 2011 ▶ ) from CCP 4 (Winn et al. , 2011 ▶ ).
