Structure calculations were performed using CYANA 2.1  and involved seven iterations of automated NOE assignment with the routine CANDID  followed by a simulated annealing procedure starting in the first cycle from a homology model generated based on the MiSp CT structure from N. antipodiana  (PDB accession code 2M0M) that was annealed in 15,000 steps of torsion-angle dynamics.
