Citations in PubMed
This linkout lists citations, indexed by PubMed, to the Primary Citation for this PDB ID.
Data mentions are occurrences of PDB IDs in the full text articles from the
PubMedCentral Open Access Subset
of currently about 1 million articles. For each article, the sentences containing the PDB ID are listed.
Article titles can be filtered by keywords and sorted by year.
Structural basis for the allosteric interference of myosin function by reactive thiol region mutations G680A and G680V.
(2011) J Biol Chem 286

This is very unusual, as the meta -vanadate is clearly visible in known wild-type myosin-2 structures that were obtained in the presence of ADP-VO 3 , like e.g. PDB IDs 2JJ9 , 2JHR , and 2XO8 .

Mechanism and specificity of pentachloropseudilin-mediated inhibition of myosin motor activity.
PubMed: 21680745 | PubMedCentral: PMC3191011 | DOI: 10.1074/jbc.M111.239210
The detailed analysis of the PClP bound structure enabled us to identify the same allosteric pathways in the myosin motor domain structures with bound PBP (2JHR) and tribromodichloropseudilin (2XO8) (... 6 , 7 ).
