Two types of DNA sequence properties that correlate with the unwinding mode are identified in this section: (i) For the AT:AT:(GC) 3 sequences, such as the structures with the PDB codes of 1CP8, 1QCH ... nd 2D55, C60 initially binds to the AT:GC site, and then slides to the third GC base pair.
