The cytosolic Human IDH shows very low negatively correlated motion for the NADP discrimination loop with respect to the central domain, in both the active [PDB: 1T0L ] and inactive [PDB: 1T09 ] forms... whereas in both PmIDH and in YmIDH, this correllation is very strong (~1.0).
