Docking Studies Docking studies of the compounds were performed using crystal structures of COX-1 (PDB ID: 1PTH) and COX-2 (PDB ID: 1CX2) enzymes sequences obtained from the Protein Data Bank ( http://www.rcsb.org/pdb/home/home.do ).
