The structure of α-glucosidase (PDB: 1UOK) and crystal structure of α-amylase (PDB: 1PPI) were obtained from Protein Data Bank ( http://www.rcsb.org ).

Molecular docking simulations of compounds 1–3 was performed with α-amylase (PDB: 1PPI).
