We considered two structures of HIF-2α PAS-B which might be used as templates for a human AHR homology model: an apo NMR structure (1p97, [ 15 ]) and a 1.5 Å holo crystal structure with N-(furan-2-ylmethyl)-2-nitro-4-(trifluoromethyl)aniline bound in the pocket (PDB code 3h82, [ 20 ]).
