Citations in PubMed
This linkout lists citations, indexed by PubMed, to the Primary Citation for this PDB ID.
Data mentions are occurrences of PDB IDs in the full text articles from the
PubMedCentral Open Access Subset
of currently about 1 million articles. For each article, the sentences containing the PDB ID are listed.
Article titles can be filtered by keywords and sorted by year.

Investigating the structure of the factor B vWF-A domain/CD55 protein-protein complex using DEER spectroscopy: successes and pitfalls.
(2013) Mol Phys 111
PubMed: 24954957 | PubMedCentral: PMC4056885 | DOI: 10.1080/00268976.2013.827754
From the crystal-lographic structures (2WII, 2WIN, 1OJV), it is possible to construct a hypothetical model for the CD55:vWF-A structure whereby the Bb would simply dissociate from the C3b and attach t... the neighbouring CD55 ( Figure 3(A), (B) and (C) ) [ 24 , 33 , 34 ].
The protein structures used for the rigid-body docking were based on 1OJV.
