This crystal structure, 1OIT , is in an active, open conformation and has a high crystallographic resolution of 1.6 Å [ 25 ].
To develop these filters, we proceeded in a similar way as for neuraminidase and docked a small set of 12 co-crystallized CDK2 ligands back into the 1OIT binding site [ 24 ].

The search model was derived from monomer A of PDB entry 1oit using the CCP 4 (Winn et al. , 2011 ▶ ) program CHAINSAW (Stein, 2008 ▶ ).
