Almost all of the CDK inhibitors form hydrogen bonds with the hinge region of CDKs, so we set this as the primary criteria to evaluate many known and our virtually designed scaffolds on the crystal structure of CDK2  (PDB code: 1OI9) using docking software, AutoDock3.0 ( Figure 1B )  .
