Since all the four proteins (10077a–d) involved in this study belong to thermostable class of proteins, we analyzed the probable reasons for thermal stability using their structures along with a few other structures (1IQ4, 1MJI, 1JJ2 and 2AWB) available in the Protein data Bank ( Table 2 ).
