For GluRS residues 206-710: PDB-ID: 1EUQ (Glutaminyl-tRNA synthetase from E. coli ( 42 )), which has a sequence identity to the yeast GluRS of 35.7% and for MetRS residues 196-704 it suggested the str... ctural homologue MetRS from Aquifex aeolicus (PDB-ID: 2CSX ( 43 )), which shows a sequence identity to S. cerevisiae MetRS of 23%.
For tRNA Glu we take the tRNA Gln from E. coli , which is bound to Glutaminyl-tRNA synthetase (PDB-ID: 1EUQ) and for tRNA Met we use the tRNA Met from Aquifex aeolicus (PDB-ID: 2CSX).
