Citations in PubMed
This linkout lists citations, indexed by PubMed, to the Primary Citation for this PDB ID.
Data mentions are occurrences of PDB IDs in the full text articles from the
PubMedCentral Open Access Subset
of currently about 1 million articles. For each article, the sentences containing the PDB ID are listed.
Article titles can be filtered by keywords and sorted by year.

Due to in sequence mutations in the structures 1DVX and 1DVZ we cleaned up the structure files to leave only comparable -carbon atoms in all six pdb-files.
Besides the wild type structure (PDB code 1DVQ), which was also used in the molecular dynamics simulation, five related structures of transthyretin complexed with resveratrol, diclofenac, flurbiprofen, DDBF, oFLU, and PHENOX (PDB codes 1DVS, 1DVT, 1DVU, 1DVX, 1DVY, 1DVZ) have been used to generate the distance deviation matrix.
