The first domain 3-D structure was constructed by using three different templates i.e. EGF domain 1, 2, and 5 of human EMR2 with barium (pdb id: 2BO2), EGF-like module of human C1R (pdb id: 1APQ) and ... ibrillin-1CB EGF protein (pdb id: 1LMJ_A).
