Prostaglandin H2 synthase

PDB ID: 1PTH

Prostaglandin H2 synthase includes two enzymes, a cyclooxygenase and a peroxidase, that together build molecules involved in pain signaling. This structure shows the enzyme after it has been modified by aspirin, blocking the cyclooxygenase active site.
