SGTA_dimer is a short N-terminal domain at the start of SGTA or small glutamine-rich tetratricopeptide repeat-containing proteins. It is the homodimerisation domain of the SGTA, a heat-shock protein (HSP) co-chaperone involved in the targeting of tail-anchor membrane proteins to the endoplasmic reticulum.
